CROMAR - AlphaChem Mould Release Oil: Mould Release Oil is specially formulated to ensure the quick and clean release of hardened concrete by reacting chemically with the cement at the surface. It produces a uniform hard finish which is light in colour and does not stain even white cement. Can be applied to timber, steel and plastic faced moulds or shutter faces. When a grained effect is required, it can be applied to rough sawn timber. It offers improved release performance compared with oils and creams, reduced occurrence of blow holes, and only a light film is required. It also waterproofs plywood and timber moulds, preventing the wood from swelling and ensuring even hydration.
