Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup: Upon receiving the CUBE Stereo ONE22 Pro, ensure all components are securely fastened. It is highly recommended to have the bicycle assembled and checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic to ensure proper setup of brakes, gears, and suspension. Consider setting up the tires as tubeless for optimal performance and puncture resistance, using appropriate sealant.
Compatibility: The bike uses standard Boost spacing (15x110mm front, 12x148mm rear) and a Tapered headtube. The crankset is compatible with SRAM DUB Boost chainrings, and the cassette fits a standard Shimano HG freehub body (or SRAM XD driver for higher-end SRAM cassettes). Suspension compatibility allows for standard shock mounting hardware.
Care: Regularly clean the frame, drivetrain, and suspension components with mild soap and water. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on bearings and suspension seals. After wet or muddy rides, clean and re-lube the chain. Periodically check tire pressure and brake pad wear. Suspension forks and rear shocks require periodic servicing according to the manufacturer's recommendations (e.g., lower leg service for the fork, damper service for the shock) to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
