Its primary benefit is the elegant Indian ivory handle, which provides a comfortable grip for effortless insertion and removal, effectively preventing unwanted drainage. Yes, the materials are constructed to be resistant to exposure to standard household bathroom and kitchen chemicals.
A standard 1.5-inch waste outlet typically measures approximately 38mm in diameter internally.
Check the rubber seal for debris or soap buildup and clean it. Ensure the plug is pressed firmly into the center of the 1.5-inch outlet.
Verify that your waste outlet is indeed 1.5 inches; the plug will not seal correctly in larger or irregular drain holes.
Ensure the handle is clean and dry to improve your grip, then pull vertically to break the suction seal.
Installation of the BP2H-II is a straightforward task: ensure your waste outlet is free of debris, align the plug, and press it firmly into the 1.5-inch opening until the rubber seal is seated correctly. To maintain the life of the plug, periodically wipe the rubber seal clean with a damp cloth to remove soap scum or mineral buildup that could compromise the seal's integrity. Ensure you verify the diameter of your current sink or bath waste fitting before purchase to ensure it matches the 1.5-inch specification.
