The Pump House Pre-Bagged Geo Textile Soakaway is designed to safely dispose of condensate from air source heat pumps when traditional drainage isn't available. It features pre-bagged geo-textile material to prevent soil ingress, a 32mm inlet for efficient condensate flow, and can handle 10-15 litres of condensate per hour. This soakaway helps prevent freezing hazards on paths and driveways and complies with MIS 3005 and BRE 365 standards. It provides a simple and effective solution for managing condensate from domestic-sized heat pumps up to 16 kW, which can produce between 10 to 15 litres per hour and up to 2000 litres per year.
