The Bakery Basket - Mamie Soleil is recommended for children aged 3 to 8 years old.
The toy is primarily made from FSC-certified wood (Schima, Pine), with some plastic components and a cotton fabric towel.
Yes, the 'brioche à découper' (sliceable brioche) is designed to be 'cut' and then put back together, typically using fasteners like Velcro or pegs.
Wipe the wooden pieces with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in water.
Yes, the toy is painted with water-based paints, which are non-toxic and safe for young children.
The set includes 1 baguette, 1 pain de campagne, 2 petits pains rond, 1 bretzel, 1 brioche à découper, 1 panière (basket), and 1 serviette (towel).
While designed for ages 3+, very young children may still be at risk from smaller components. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for children still prone to mouthing objects.
This can occur with heavy use. For minor chips, consider if they affect safety. If significant, the item may need replacement. Ensure only damp cloths are used for cleaning and avoid harsh scrubbing.
Ensure the toy has been manufactured correctly. If roughness is significant or causes splinters, contact customer support. Minor imperfections are possible with natural wood.
Gently reshape the basket by hand. If the material is too rigid, try slightly dampening the area to make it pliable, then hold its form until dry. Avoid excessive moisture.
Setup: The Janod Bakery Basket - Mamie Soleil requires no assembly. It arrives ready for play straight out of the box.
Compatibility: This toy is designed for standalone play and does not require batteries or electronic compatibility. It can be integrated with other play food or kitchen sets for expanded imaginative scenarios.
