Seachem Flourish Excel is a source of bioavailable organic carbon for planted aquariums. It can be used as an alternative to CO2 injection or in addition to it, by introducing photosynthetic intermediates. Flourish Excel converts ferric iron (Fe3+) into ferrous iron (Fe2+), which is more easily assimilated by aquatic plants. This 500 ml bottle treats up to 20,000 liters of aquarium water.
