Troubleshooting
Cookie Monster isn't making sounds or shaking.
Check the battery compartment to ensure the 2 AAA batteries are properly installed and not depleted. Replace with fresh batteries if necessary. Also, confirm the on/off switch (if present) is in the 'on' position. Sometimes a protective tab needs to be removed from the battery compartment upon first use.
Sounds are distorted or very quiet.
This usually indicates low battery power. Replace the 2 AAA batteries with new ones to restore full functionality.
The plush feels stiff or unresponsive after cleaning.
Ensure the toy is completely dry after surface cleaning. Moisture can affect internal components. If the issue persists after thorough drying, contact customer support for further assistance.
