The Stoneglow Nature's Gift Scented Reed Diffuser is designed for homeowners and interior enthusiasts looking to elevate their space with natural, botanical-infused aromatherapy. Its primary benefit is providing a consistent, long-lasting scent throw for up to 16 weeks, making it an excellent low-maintenance air freshener. A key caveat is that while the reeds and oil are designed for durability, the scent intensity can be affected by the size of the room and ambient airflow, requiring users to adjust reed placement accordingly.

Yes, refills are available for purchase separately so you can continue using the original vessel.
Flip the reeds more frequently or add more reeds to the bottle to increase the surface area of oil exposure.
The botanical pieces are natural decorations; however, the contents are not intended for consumption and should be kept away from children and pets.
Place it in a central, well-ventilated area away from direct heat and out of reach of children or pets.
It is recommended to clean the bottle with warm soapy water and ensure it is completely dry before adding a new fragrance.
Ensure the reeds have been flipped recently; increase the number of reeds in the bottle for a stronger throw.
Check if the diffuser is placed near a heat source or air vent, which accelerates evaporation; move to a cooler, sheltered area.
Wipe the reeds gently or replace them with a new set to restore the capillary action needed for diffusion.
To set up your diffuser, carefully remove the stopper from the bottle and insert the provided reeds into the oil. Allow the reeds to soak up the fragrance for about 24 hours before flipping them to initiate the full scent throw.
