In vibration mode, the belt can last up to 9 hours on a single charge. The runtime may vary depending on the combination of therapies used (heat, vibration intensity, and LED light usage).

The 660nm red light targets near-surface relief, while the 850nm infrared light penetrates deeper to promote cellular activity and boost local circulation, helping to ease muscle tension and soreness.

It is generally recommended to use the belt while it is unplugged and fully charged for optimal safety and battery health. Please refer to the product manual for specific charging and usage guidelines.

The belt offers four heat settings, with the highest reaching up to 55°C. The Smart NTC temperature control ensures this is maintained consistently and safely.

The belt features an automatic 15-minute shut-off timer for safety and is not intended for use during sleep. It is designed for active use periods or specific therapy sessions.

Wipe the exterior fabric with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the device in water.

The adjustable elastic tensioning straps are designed to fit waist sizes ranging from 61cm to 145cm.

Ensure the device is fully charged. Check that the charging cable is securely connected. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet.

Ensure you have selected the desired heat setting. Allow up to 10 seconds for the belt to reach the selected temperature. If the heat feels too intense, select a lower setting or use the belt over a layer of clothing.

Check that the vibration mode is activated and select a different mode. Ensure the device is sufficiently charged, as battery level can affect motor performance.

Adjust the elastic tensioning straps for a tighter, more secure fit. Ensure the fabric is smooth against your clothing or skin before tightening.

The LED lights are designed for therapeutic benefit and may not be visibly bright. Confirm that the light therapy function is enabled via the controls. The primary effects are often not visually apparent.
