Setup
- Insert the Battery: Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the camera and insert the battery.
- Insert SD Card: Open the SD card slot (usually on the side) and insert a compatible SD, SDHC, or SDXC memory card.
- Attach the Lens: Align the red dots on the lens and camera body, then twist the lens until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the camera.
- Set Date and Time: Follow the on-screen prompts to set the date and time.
Compatibility
The Canon EOS 4000D is compatible with:
- SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards
- Canon EF and EF-S lenses
- Wi-Fi enabled devices for file transfer and remote shooting
Care
- Lens Care: Clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Camera Body: Wipe the camera body with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid getting moisture inside the camera.
- Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery: Remove the battery if storing the camera for an extended period.
