This watersoluble version of the Derwent Sketching pencil offers three easy-to-use lead grades which each gives its own unique wash when used with water. When used dry, these pencils behave like a top-quality sketching pencil, but when used with water, they give your sketches a much warmer and softer finish. Thick 4mm wide watersoluble graphite core. This tin contains 2 each of HB, 4B and 8B grades of pencil as well as a basic pencil sharpener. Derwent Watersoluble Sketching Pencils will create a new dimension to your work. When used dry, the soft, wide core is great for freestyle sketching and bold line drawings. Create the graphite to gently dissolve into subtle tones by adding water to bring softness and charm to your drawing.
