Rustic Floating Shelf - Brown - 40 cm

The shelf is constructed from high-quality solid pine sourced from sustainable sawmills in Europe.

It features a rustic design, intended to resemble a chunky old scaffold board.

It uses a floating design, meaning the mounting hardware is concealed, giving the appearance of the shelf floating on the wall.

While designed for decorative items and moderate loads, it's crucial to use appropriate wall fixings and avoid exceeding the specific weight limit recommended for this product to ensure safety and stability.

It is best suited for dry living areas. Exposure to high humidity in bathrooms may affect the solid wood over time. Ensure adequate ventilation if used in a moisture-prone area.

Yes, this model is 40 cm, and other lengths of the Rustic Floating Shelf are available from Chill House.

Dust regularly with a dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the wood.

Ensure mounting brackets are installed perfectly level. Adjust bracket position or use shims if necessary. Check that the shelf is fully seated on the brackets.

Verify that the mounting brackets are securely fastened to wall studs or using appropriate, heavy-duty wall anchors. Ensure the shelf is properly engaged with the brackets.

Apply a small amount of appropriate wood polish or oil suitable for pine. Buff gently with a soft cloth.
