No, the compatible lid (model K835) is sold separately.
Yes, it is fully compatible with all heat sources, including induction.
The pan has a diameter of 280mm (28cm).
It is constructed with a stay-cool design to allow for safer handling during stovetop use.
The height of the pan is 84mm.
Ensure the pan is preheated sufficiently before adding oil and ingredients, and use an appropriate amount of fat for the cooking method.
This is common with high-heat cooking. A dedicated stainless steel cleaner can be used to restore the original luster.
Before using the pan for the first time, wash it thoroughly with warm soapy water and dry it completely to remove any manufacturing residues. The pan is compatible with all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction. Always use the appropriate burner size to match the pan's 28cm diameter for even heating.
Because this pan is hand-wash only, avoid placing it in the dishwasher, as the harsh detergents can damage the surface finish. Use non-abrasive sponges and mild dish soap to preserve the metal integrity. For stubborn residue, soak the pan in warm water before cleaning. If you require a lid, ensure you purchase the dedicated model K835.
