FAQs

How do I remove the mascara?

Use a dedicated eye makeup remover. Apply the remover to a cotton pad and gently hold it over your closed eye for a few seconds before wiping away.

Can I use this mascara with contact lenses?

Yes, but be cautious. If any mascara gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes.

How long does the mascara last?

The mascara should last approximately three months once opened. After this time, it's best to replace it to prevent bacterial growth.

Can I layer this mascara?

Yes, you can layer the mascara for a more dramatic effect. Apply thin coats, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.

Is the brush easy to use?

The mega brush is designed for easy application, ensuring a smooth, clump-free experience. However, some users may need a few tries to get used to the brush.

Troubleshooting

Mascara is clumping on lashes.

Ensure the brush is clean and free of dried product. Wipe off any excess mascara on the brush before application. Apply in thin layers, allowing each layer to dry slightly before applying the next.

Mascara is smudging under the eyes.

Apply a primer before applying mascara. Avoid applying mascara to the lower lashes if smudging is an issue. Use a waterproof formula.
