Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The watch is pre-set with time and date. To set the time, pull the crown out to the second position and turn to adjust. To set the date, pull the crown to the first position and turn to adjust (ensure this is done when the time is between 9 PM and 3 AM to avoid affecting the date mechanism). The chronograph pushers control the start/stop (top pusher) and reset (bottom pusher) functions.
Compatibility: This is a standalone analog watch and does not have electronic compatibility requirements.
Care: To maintain the watch's appearance and function:
- Clean the stainless steel case and sapphire crystal regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the canvas strap, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow to air dry completely.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields.
- After exposure to salt water or chlorinated water, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
- Ensure the crown is pushed in fully before exposing the watch to water. For any maintenance requiring opening the case or battery replacement, consult a qualified watchmaker.
