Setup, Compatibility & Care
First Use
Upon receiving your jacket, gently unroll or unfold it. Hang it on a wide, padded hanger for a few hours to allow any creases from packaging to naturally relax. Avoid storing it folded for extended periods.
Compatibility
This jacket's classic black color and adaptable waterfall design make it highly compatible with a wide range of wardrobe items. It pairs effortlessly with casual wear like denim and t-shirts, business casual attire, or more formal dresses and skirts. The open-front, draping style accommodates various necklines and allows for comfortable layering over different tops.
Care & Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your faux leather jacket, follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the jacket clean with a soft, damp cloth for minor spots or spills. If needed, use a very small amount of mild soap diluted in water on the cloth, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvent-based products.
- Washing: Do not machine wash, hand wash, tumble dry, or dry clean the jacket. These methods can damage the faux leather material.
- Drying: If the jacket gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources (like radiators or direct sunlight). Do not put it in a dryer.
- Ironing: Ironing is not recommended. If creases persist after hanging, a fabric steamer can be used carefully from a safe distance, or hang the jacket in a steamy bathroom.
- Storage: Store your jacket on a wide, padded hanger to maintain its shape and prevent creasing. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
