The CarPlan Flat Mate is an ideal emergency solution for drivers of cars, caravans, camper vans, and trailers who need a quick way to address a flat tyre without manual tools or heavy lifting. Its primary benefit is the ability to inflate and seal punctures up to 5mm instantly, allowing you to drive to a place of safety or a repair shop; however, it is strictly intended as a temporary fix and does not replace the need for a permanent, professional tyre repair.

No, this is a temporary get-you-home repair only. You must visit a professional tyre repairer as soon as possible.
It is effective for tread punctures up to 5mm. It will not repair sidewall damage or major blowouts.
Yes, once you arrive at your destination or repair center, monitor the pressure and drive at reduced speeds as recommended.
The Flat Mate is suitable for cars, caravans, camper vans, and trailers.
Yes, always inform the tyre technician that a chemical sealant has been used inside the tyre before they handle it.
You should limit your speed to a maximum of 30mph after applying the sealant.
Ensure the connection between the tube and the tyre valve is tight and there is no air leaking at the junction point.
The puncture may be larger than 5mm or located in the sidewall, which this product cannot repair; contact roadside assistance.
To use the device, ensure the valve is accessible and clear of debris. Once connected, discharge the entire 300ml canister into the tyre. Because the product uses chemical sealants, you must inform any professional tyre technician that the sealant has been applied before they begin repair work on the tyre. Store the canister in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to ensure the formula remains effective for when you need it most. Check the expiration date periodically to ensure the pressure in the canister is still optimal.
