This 12 pair CAT5e cable is made up of 3x 4 pair CAT5e conductors. Multi-core cables are ideal for backbone applications or installations that require an increased bandwidth. This CAT5e cable offers a total of 12 pairs, making it the equivalent of 3 individual CAT5e cables. This allows for a much easier installation over running multiple cables over a distance, you can instead just have a single cable running from point A to B.This premium cable is commonly used for networking, AV installations & POE applications. It can be cut to length and fitted with 8P8C FTP connectors (also called RJ45 FTP), the standard PC networking connector. Depending on the type of connector youre using, you may need a crimping tool. Made From - Pure copper conductors, this cable has been tested and is certified to CAT5e specification so is fine for use over longer distances. Colour - Black Outdoor protection - This particular variation on CAT5 cable is designed for outdoor usage, and as a result, comes with high density polyethylene insulation, designed to offer the core protection from cold and damp conditions, It also includes a second layer of flexible polythene film to prevent the ingress of water in theージェनेरेtion the shielding is damaged. Should the cable be exposed to sunlight, the insulation is also UV resistant, where standard PVC insulation would decay. Ease of use - To make measuring easy the cable is marked at 1 metre intervals. Available in the following lengths “ 25m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 500m & 1000m**1000m lengths arent advertised on any of our stores, but if you get in contact with us, well be able to quote you on a 1000m reel.
