Troubleshooting

Seat pad slides or shifts during use.

Ensure the button straps are securely fastened around the chair back. Check that the chair seat is relatively flat and clean, free from debris that might affect grip.

Uneven filling or flattening after some use.

Gently fluff the cushion by hand to redistribute the polyester filling. If significant flattening occurs, consider replacing the pad.

Color fading.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Wash using cold water and mild detergents to preserve color vibrancy.

Shrinkage after washing.

This is a normal characteristic of 100% cotton. To minimize, wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
