Yes, it is safe for most carpet types, including wool, but always perform a patch test on an inconspicuous area first.
Absolutely. You can dilute the solution in a spray bottle or a bucket for targeted spot cleaning.
It is specifically engineered to target pet odors and stains. While older, set-in stains may require multiple treatments, it is highly effective at neutralising the source.
The Coconut & Guava fragrance is designed to be long-lasting, providing a fresh atmosphere in the room for several days post-cleaning.
Generally, standard carpet machine use does not require a separate rinse unless you have oversaturated the carpet or used too much cleaning solution.
Yes, the formula is universal and compatible with all major brands of carpet cleaning machines.
This is often caused by using too much product. Perform a rinse cycle with clean water in your machine to remove excess soap residue.
For deep-set or stubborn stains, apply a concentrated spot treatment, let it sit for 5 minutes, then blot with a clean cloth before machine cleaning.
Check your dilution ratio; reduce the amount of shampoo used and ensure the recovery tank is empty and clean.
To use with a carpet cleaning machine, follow the manufacturer's dilution ratio instructions found on the bottle label. Always vacuum the area thoroughly before applying the shampoo to remove loose debris, which prevents the dirt from turning into mud. For delicate carpets, test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure no color bleeding occurs. Store the 5L container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and ensure the cap is tightly secured after every use to maintain the effectiveness of the concentrated formula.
