Yes, use 25ml of the detergent per 10 litres of water for handwashing items.
A 1.5L bottle provides up to 42 washes depending on your load size and water hardness.
Yes, the formula is designed to preserve colors and prevent fading.
No, this detergent is specifically optimized to perform well at temperatures as low as 30 degrees.
If you have hard water, increase the dosage to between 52ml and 70ml for a standard 4.5kg load.
Check your dosage against the water hardness table; hard water may require a higher concentration for full deodorization.
Reduce the amount of detergent used in the next cycle, as using too much can prevent proper rinsing.
Pre-treat the specific stain directly with a small amount of the detergent before placing the item into a full wash cycle.
To ensure the best results, always consult the care labels on your garments before washing. The product is compatible with standard household washing machines and is safe for use in most septic systems due to its plant-based nature.
| Water Hardness | Dosage Amount |
| --- | --- |
| Soft to Medium | 35 - 52 ml |
| Hard Water | 52 - 70 ml |
For larger 7kg loads, remember to add an extra 10ml of detergent. Always pour the detergent directly into the machine's dispenser drawer rather than placing it directly on the dry clothes to prevent potential spotting.
