Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove all tree sections and the steel base from the packaging.
- Assemble Base: Unfold the steel base into a cross shape and ensure it is fully extended and stable. Tighten any screws if present to secure the base.
- Insert Bottom Section: Place the largest tree section (usually marked 'A' or the lowest section) into the hole in the center of the steel base. Ensure it sits firmly and vertically.
- Connect Middle & Top Sections: Continue by inserting the next largest section (e.g., 'B') into the top of the previous section, then the smallest section (e.g., 'C') into the middle section. The hinge construction will allow branches to fall into place.
- Fluff the Branches: This is the most crucial step for a full, realistic look. Starting from the bottom, work your way up. Gently pull individual branches and tips away from the main stem, spreading them outwards and slightly upwards. Vary the angles to fill any gaps and create a natural density.
- Decorate: Once fluffed to your satisfaction, you're ready to add lights, ornaments, and a tree topper.
Compatibility
This artificial Christmas tree is universally compatible with standard Christmas decorations, including lights (LED or incandescent), ornaments, garlands, and tree toppers. Its sturdy branches can support a variety of ornament weights. It is primarily designed for indoor use.
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: Before storage, gently wipe down the branches and needles with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Disassembly: Remove all decorations. Reverse the assembly steps, collapsing the branches gently. For best results, carefully fold the branches back towards the main pole rather than compressing them tightly.
- Storage: Store the tree in its original box or a dedicated Christmas tree storage bag. Ensure it is kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and pests. Proper storage prevents damage and helps maintain the tree's shape for future seasons.
