Valerie Objects Ceiling Lamp No.1 adds a playful line of colour to your interior. The simple design consists of nothing more than a bent lacquered steel tube, with an archetypal glass lampshade at the end. Developed together with Muller Van Severen’s Hanging Lamps, they were shown at their first solo exhibition in 2011. The original design was created for an old house with no socket in the ceiling for a light, granting the need for wall mounted light. Ceiling Lamp No.1 has a curved 90 degree bend, with an 80cm drop from the wall. The light looks excellent placed in a living, dining room, study or fixed above a workspace or dining table.
