Sunflower ‘Ruby Eclipse’ F1 is an extraordinary variety that brings a unique bicolour display to your garden. Each flower is a work of art, featuring dark centres encircled by ray florets that transition from creamy white tips to a flush of dusky pink and rich ruby red. This exceptional sunflower is a favourite for both garden enthusiasts and florists alike due to its unique colouring and masses of blooms. Flowering within a mere 9 weeks, ‘Ruby Eclipse’ produces abundant 14cm diameter flowers on a well-branching plant. Unlike single-stemmed varieties, its branching habit integrates harmoniously into mixed borders, offering a more captivating display. The pollen-free nature of these blooms makes them ideal for indoor arrangements, ensuring a mess-free and vibrant addition to your home. Attract pollinators to your garden while enjoying the spectacular, long-lasting colour. How to Grow Plant in full sun for the best flowering performance. Sow seeds indoors or directly outdoors after the last frost. Requires warm temperatures for germination and growth. Water regularly, especially during dry periods, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser every 2-4 weeks once the plant is established. Prefers average humidity levels. Good air circulation is beneficial. Images shown are for guidance only and show the expected results of plants upon maturity.
