Troubleshooting

Surface stains from spills or garden dirt

Gently blot the area with a slightly damp cloth and mild, fabric-safe soap. Do not scrub harshly.

Plush fabric looks matted or frizzy

Lightly brush the fur with a clean, soft-bristled brush to restore its natural loft and softness.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This soft toy arrives ready for use immediately upon unboxing—simply remove the rabbit from the Union Jack bag and it is ready to be a child's constant companion. Because this product is a plush item, it does not require technical setup or batteries. To keep the toy in optimal condition, we recommend a strict 'surface wash only' approach. Use a clean, damp cloth with mild soap to spot-clean any surface stains gently. Avoid submerging the toy in water, as this may compromise the internal stuffing and the integrity of the seams. Store the rabbit inside the provided Union Jack bag when not in use to keep dust away and maintain its collectible appearance.
