Troubleshooting

Food is sticking to the surface.

Ensure the wok has reached the correct temperature indicated by the SmartStart sensor. Use a small amount of oil to prevent sticking. If the problem persists, the coating might be damaged, and you may need to replace the wok.

The SmartStart indicator is not changing color.

Make sure the wok is placed on a hob with sufficient heat. Ensure even contact between the wok and the hob surface. If the problem continues, the sensor may be faulty.

Handle is loose.

If the handle is loose, discontinue use of the wok and contact the manufacturer for support.
