The Sealey American Pro Mobile Workstation is designed for professional mechanics and home workshop enthusiasts who require a durable, organized, and portable storage solution. It offers exceptional structural integrity through its all-steel construction and a heavy-duty rubberwood top, making it a reliable centerpiece for intense mechanical work. However, users should note that its weight and footprint require a clear, level workspace to fully utilize the mobility features effectively.

With the handle attached, the dimensions are 995 x 461 x 944mm. Without the handle, the width reduces to 913mm.
The 15mm rubberwood top is designed for durability, but it can be removed and replaced if it becomes damaged after years of heavy service.
The finish is rust and solvent-resistant, but the unit is not rated for outdoor storage or direct exposure to heavy rain.
The unit is supplied with two keys for the cylinder lock system.
The chassis is engineered for the included 5 x 2 inch castors; using different sizes may affect the load capacity and stability of the unit.
Check the swivel castors for debris or metal shavings trapped in the wheel housing and ensure both brakes are fully disengaged.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the locking bar tracks and ensure the unit is sitting on a perfectly level surface.
To set up your workstation, attach the four heavy-duty castors to the base using the provided hardware, ensuring the two locking castors are placed for easy foot access. Once assembled, attach the side handle to your preferred end. For ongoing maintenance, wipe down the powder-coated steel with a clean cloth and a mild degreaser to prevent solvent buildup. The rubberwood top should be kept dry and can be periodically treated with wood oil if it begins to appear dry or dull. Always ensure the locking bar is fully engaged and the cylinder lock is turned before transporting the workstation to prevent drawers from sliding open during transit.
