The Flexi-Fix backplate has a slotted design; ensure you are utilizing the full range of the adjustment slots before tightening the screws.
For screw-fixing, use the provided wall plugs and screws to secure the backplate. For glue-fixing, apply the supplied adhesive to the backplate and press it firmly against a clean, dust-free surface; allow it to cure for 24 hours before attaching the main accessory. To maintain the silver finish, clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive chemicals or scouring pads that could scratch the polished surface. Periodically check that the mounting remains tight, especially if installed in high-traffic family bathrooms.
