Troubleshooting

Crib does not feel secure when attached to the bed

Ensure the adjustable bedside straps are tightened securely and correctly fastened to the bed frame or mattress base. Double-check that all locking mechanisms on the crib itself are engaged.

Rocking function is stiff or not working smoothly

Check for any obstructions or debris in the rocking mechanism. Ensure the rocking function is not locked into static mode. Gently test the movement to identify any binding points.

Baby seems uncomfortable on the mattress

Confirm the mattress is correctly positioned within the crib. Ensure the mattress cover is clean and dry, as dampness can affect comfort. The mattress is designed for firmness and support.

Crib is difficult to move around the home

Ensure all locking wheels (if applicable) are released and the unit is stable. The crib's weight is 9.4kg, so some effort may be required. Dismantle it if moving over longer distances or for storage.
