Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the wall and ceiling surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any loose debris. Measure the room accurately to determine the required coving lengths.
- Cutting: Use a fine-tooth saw or miter saw to cut the coving to the required lengths and angles. Ensure precise cuts for a seamless fit.
- Adhesive Application: Apply a suitable adhesive (specifically designed for coving) to the back of the coving. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
- Installation: Carefully position the coving against the wall and ceiling, ensuring it aligns with the corners and edges. Press firmly to secure it in place.
- Finishing: Once the adhesive has dried, fill any gaps or imperfections with a suitable filler. Sand the filler smooth, and then paint the coving to match your desired color scheme.
*Care*: Clean the coving with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.
