Product Information

Full details

The AVEDA Tousle Texture Dry Texture Spray is designed for adults seeking effortless, undone hair with added volume and texture. Its key benefit is creating airy, beach-like styles with weightless hold and heat protection. A potential caveat is its suitability primarily for fine to medium hair types. This vegan, translucent spray uses naturally derived ingredients like zeolite minerals and cassava extract to build flexible separation, refresh styles between washes, and protect against heat, all while featuring Aveda's signature Pure-Fume aroma.

Troubleshooting

Product sprays unevenly or clogs

Shake the can vigorously before each use. Ensure the nozzle is clean; if not, rinse it gently with warm water (do not immerse the entire can) and dry thoroughly before reattaching.

Hair feels sticky or stiff

You may have applied too much product. Try using less next time, focusing on targeted application. Gently brush through hair with fingers or a wide-tooth comb to loosen any stiffness.

Lack of noticeable volume or texture

Ensure hair is completely dry before application. Apply closer to the roots for maximum lift, and try spraying in sections rather than all over. Use fingers to vigorously tousle and shape the hair after spraying.

Product leaves a visible residue

Apply sparingly and ensure hair is fully dry. Try spraying from a slightly further distance. If residue appears, try gently brushing it out once the hair is cool, or apply a tiny amount of dry shampoo to absorb any excess.
