Create gorgeous roses for sugar flower bouquets with this set of five food-safe, reusable plastic cutters from FMM Sugarcraft. This set includes cutters in five different sizes (2", 1.5", 1.25", 1" and 0.5") allowing for various sizing options when creating edible rose flower cake decorations for weddings, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and more. The cutters are made from durable, food-safe plastic, making them safe for use around children. They are easy to clean with warm, soapy water. Full instructions for use are provided on the packaging and are also summarised below: 1. Shape flower paste into a cone, dry overnight. 2. Roll out paste, cut four petals using the smallest cutter, soften edges, and form a tight bud. 3. Attach more petals, slightly higher than the bud, securing as you go. 4. Cut and soften additional petals, curling the top edges, and add to the flower. 5. Cut and soften petals using the middle cutter, curl edges, dry, and add to the flower. 6. Cut and soften the final layer of petals using the largest cutter, curl edges, dry, and add to the flower. 7. Place the flower in a former and secure with royal icing once dry.
