Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve the integrity and longevity of the non-stick coating. Dishwasher detergents can be harsh and may degrade the coating over time.

To protect the non-stick surface, always use utensils made of wood, silicone, or plastic. Avoid metal utensils as they can scratch and damage the coating.

Before first use, after washing and drying, lightly coat the non-stick surface with cooking oil and wipe off the excess with a paper towel. This helps maintain the non-stick properties.
