Troubleshooting
The liner has shifted or come loose from the rim.

Care Instructions:
- Lining: The fabric liner can be removed and machine washed on a gentle cycle; air dry to prevent shrinkage.
- Basket: Wipe the willow frame with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If a deeper clean is needed, use a slightly damp cloth, but ensure the basket is dried thoroughly afterward.
- Storage: Avoid placing the basket in areas with high humidity, such as directly inside a walk-in shower area, to prevent the natural willow from warping or mildewing.
