This mesh is designed for insect protection and may not withstand the scratching or physical weight of pets.
While fibreglass is naturally heat-resistant, it is not fireproof; avoid contact with open flames or intense heat sources.
It is not recommended to paint the screen as it may clog the mesh and restrict airflow.
It provides some shade by breaking up direct light, but it is not intended to function as a full blackout or UV-protection screen.
Yes, provided you have a suitable frame to house the screen material.
It is safer to use a low-pressure hose to avoid stretching or tearing the mesh material.
Ensure the screen is pulled taut before locking the spline into the frame groove.
Use very sharp, high-quality fabric or utility scissors to ensure a clean cut, or apply a thin bead of clear adhesive to the edge.
Use a soft-bristled vacuum attachment or a damp sponge to clear the mesh pores.
To install, measure your target frame precisely and cut the screen approximately 2 cm larger than needed to allow for overlap. Secure the screen using standard splines if you are using an existing window frame, or use heavy-duty adhesive tape for flat surfaces.
