Troubleshooting

Harness feels too tight around the neck

Adjust the chest straps to allow for a looser fit and verify that you can fit two fingers between the harness and the dog's neck.

Buckle is difficult to snap shut

Check for trapped fur or debris in the buckle mechanism and ensure the straps are properly aligned.

Reflective strip looks dull after washing

Ensure you are using a non-abrasive detergent and washing at 30°C; avoid using harsh chemicals or high-heat drying.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To achieve the best fit, measure the widest part of your dog's chest. When wearing the harness, you should be able to slide two fingers between the fabric and your dog's neck to ensure it is not too tight. To put the harness on, simply place the opening over your dog's head, pull the straps under the torso, and click the buckle into place. For care, it is recommended to wash the harness at 30°C to maintain the integrity of the mesh and the reflective lining. Air drying is advised to prolong the lifespan of the material.
