Bosch Sanding Sheets - 93X230mm

This set is ideal for general-purpose sanding on flat surfaces with orbital sanders, covering tasks from paint removal to fine finishing before painting.

They are designed for orbital sanders that accept 93 x 230 mm sheets. They are particularly suitable for sanders that do not rely on pre-drilled holes for dust extraction.

Use coarser grits (60-80) for heavy material removal like old paint or varnish. Use medium grits (120) for smoothing and general preparation. Use finer grits (240) for final finishing before applying paint or finishes.

These are non-punched sheets. If your orbital sander has a dust extraction port, you will need to manually create holes in the sheet to match your sander's configuration.

'Non-punched' means the sanding sheets do not come with pre-drilled holes. This is common for older sander models or those that do not have a dust extraction system integrated into the pad.

The set contains 5 sheets of 60 grit, 5 sheets of 80 grit, 5 sheets of 120 grit, and 10 sheets of 240 grit, totaling 25 sheets.

The main advantage is the versatility provided by the range of grits, combined with the assurance of uniform sanding results on larger flat surfaces, characteristic of Bosch quality.

Ensure the sander pad's hook-and-loop surface is clean and free of debris. Verify the sanding sheet is designed for hook-and-loop attachment.

Check that the sanding sheet is properly centered on the sander pad. Ensure consistent pressure and movement pattern across the surface. Try a finer grit if the current one is too aggressive.

These sheets are non-punched. If your sander has a dust collection system, ensure you have manually created corresponding holes in the sheet. For sanders without dust collection, consider using a dust mask and working in a well-ventilated area.

Ensure you are using the appropriate grit for the material and task. Excessive pressure can also wear out the sheet faster. Clean debris from the sheet periodically.
