Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Select the correct size: Ensure you select the appropriate size based on the Simms sizing chart for women's waders. Consider layering when choosing your size.
- Wear wading boots: These waders are designed to be worn with wading boots. Ensure your boots fit properly over the neoprene stockingfeet.
- Adjust the wading belt: Securely fasten the wading belt around your waist for a snug fit. This prevents water from entering the waders if you happen to submerge.
Compatibility
These waders are compatible with any wading boots. Ensure your boots are appropriate for the terrain where you will be fishing.
Care
- Rinse after each use: Thoroughly rinse the waders with fresh water after each use to remove dirt, mud, and salt. Use a mild soap if necessary.
- Hang to dry: Hang the waders to dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Repair promptly: Inspect the waders for any punctures or abrasions. Repair small holes with a wader repair kit as soon as possible.
- Store properly: Store the waders in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
