The Energizer Max Plus AA Batteries 20-pack is designed for households and professionals who require consistent, long-lasting energy for a wide range of essential electronics, from low-drain clocks to high-drain wireless keyboards and children's toys. Users will benefit significantly from the battery's extended shelf life and leak-resistant engineering, though it is important to note that these are single-use alkaline batteries, meaning they are not rechargeable and must be disposed of according to local environmental regulations after use.

No, these are alkaline batteries and are not designed to be recharged. Attempting to recharge them can cause leaks or explosions.
Check your local municipal waste guidelines, as many regions have specific drop-off locations or recycling programs for alkaline batteries.
They will work, but for professional cameras, lithium batteries often provide better performance. These are best for everyday household items.
The shelf life applies to the batteries in their original, sealed state. Once exposed to air and usage begins, their lifespan depends on the device's power draw.
They feature leak-resistant construction, but no battery is 100% immune to leaks if left in a device for years past its expiration date or in extreme heat.
Yes, Energizer Max Plus batteries are designed to be mercury-free and environmentally conscious.
Verify that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity (+/-) and that the contacts in the device are clean.
Remove batteries immediately, as this may indicate a short circuit in the device or an incompatible load.
This is a sign of leaking. Carefully remove the batteries, clean the contacts with a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, and discard the batteries.
To ensure optimal performance and safety, always insert the batteries according to the polarity markings (+/-) indicated inside your device's battery compartment. Mixing different battery types, brands, or used and new batteries in the same device can cause leaks or decreased performance. For long-term care, store batteries in a cool, dry place away from extreme heat or freezing temperatures, as these conditions can impact the internal chemical reaction and reduce the 12-year shelf life. If you are not planning to use a device for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the batteries to prevent any potential terminal corrosion.
