This SPORTNOW 8kg Soft Kettlebell is designed for individuals looking to enhance their strength, conditioning, and overall physique, especially beginners seeking a safer way to learn kettlebell techniques. Its primary benefit lies in its smooth, floor-protective design and secure grip, minimizing injury risk and maximizing comfort. A potential caveat is that its soft exterior might not be suitable for extremely aggressive training styles where material durability under extreme abrasion is paramount. Key features include a stable flat base, a non-slip handle, and a smooth finish.

Yes, the stable flat bottom design allows for secure placement on the floor, making it suitable for push-ups and other floor-based exercises.
Wipe it down with a damp cloth after each workout. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
The flat bottom allows it to stand upright, making it easy to store by simply placing it on its base in a dry area.
You can perform a wide variety of exercises including swings, squats, lunges, presses, rows, cleans, snatches, and floor exercises like push-ups.
