Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Always wash your hands thoroughly before inserting a tampon.
- Insertion: Hold the tampon by the grip end and gently insert it into the vagina. The rounded tip is designed to help with this process. Use your index finger to gently push the tampon into the vagina until it feels comfortable.
- Removal: Gently pull the string to remove the tampon. If the tampon is difficult to remove, it may not be fully saturated, or you may need to relax your muscles.
- Disposal: Wrap the used tampon in a tissue and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush tampons down the toilet.
- Care: Always use the lowest absorbency tampon for your flow. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
Compatibility: These tampons are designed for use by individuals who menstruate. There are no specific compatibility concerns, but always consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any unusual symptoms or discomfort.
