This Pyrex Essentials 2.2L Casserole is manufactured in France from borosilicate glass. It is BPA free, hygienic, and resistant to stains, odours, and scratches. It can withstand extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +300°C, and is thermal shock resistant up to 220°C, allowing it to go straight from the freezer (-20°) to a hot oven (200°C). This casserole dish is versatile, suitable for simmering, steaming, and roasting. Its lid traps steam for gentle cooking, preserving nutrients and improving taste. The dish is oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe, making it convenient for cooking, reheating, and storing. Side handles provide an easier grip when using oven gloves or potholders.
