This Shimano RS100 700C Rear Road Wheel offers all the technology of Shimano wheels at an economical price. The 24 mm high profile aluminium rim provides improved aerodynamics, while 24 stainless steel butted and bladed straight pull spokes with a 2-cross lacing pattern enhance lateral and torsional rigidity for better power transmission. The hub features angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls, offering superior strength and durability. These wheels are compatible with 8, 9, 10, and 11-speed Shimano/Sram cassettes and come supplied with a quick-release skewer. The lightweight 24mm deep aluminium rim is stiff and responsive, suitable for winter riding and training. The hub uses Shimano's reliable angular contact bearings, which are easy to maintain and allow for precision adjustment. Labyrinth and contact sealing effectively protects against water, mud, and dirt for a smooth, free-rolling performance.
