Troubleshooting

Pushchair won't fold

Ensure all safety locks are disengaged and that no accessories are obstructing the folding mechanism. Consult the manual for the correct folding procedure.

Car seat doesn't click into base securely

Check that the car seat is correctly aligned with the base and pushed down firmly until an audible click is heard. Ensure no debris is obstructing the connection points.

Wheels squeak

Clean the wheel axles and bearings. A small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied if necessary, ensuring it doesn't attract dirt.

Brake is stiff or not engaging

Inspect the brake mechanism for any obstructions. Clean and lubricate the moving parts if needed. Ensure the brake lever is fully engaged.
