Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your pan lasts for years, follow these care instructions:
- Pre-Heating: Always place the pan on a burner that matches the diameter of the base to ensure efficiency and stability.
- Heat Settings: Use low to medium heat settings. Stainless steel conducts heat very well, and excessive high heat can cause discoloration or burnt food remnants.
- Cleaning: Allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Storage: Ensure the pan is completely dry before nesting it with other cookware to prevent water spots.
- Compatibility: Compatible with standard gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops. Check your stove's user manual to ensure the burner grate supports 14cm pans.
