Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your roaster pan for the first time, wash it thoroughly with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. When cooking, it is recommended to use silicone or wooden utensils to maintain the longevity of the non-stick coating, as metal tools can cause permanent scratches. While the pan is durable, avoid using harsh scouring pads or abrasive cleaners during maintenance. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock, which can warp the material. Check that the large footprint of the pan is compatible with your oven's shelf size to ensure proper airflow for even cooking results.
