The Ergon SM Comp Men's Saddle is specifically designed for mountain biking and the male anatomy, incorporating the latest scientific studies and extensive prototyping by a team of sports scientists, industrial designers, engineers, and test riders. It features OrthoCell-Inlays for increased comfort and better pressure distribution, a flat, even contact area with high-end padding for perfect pressure distribution across sit and pubic bones, and a narrow, slightly inclining rear with a flat contour for freedom of movement on downhills. The Y-Shape maximizes legroom and support for bone structures. It includes an integrated mount for accessories like Topeak saddle bags. This saddle effectively avoids discomfort and numbness for most mountain biking applications by utilizing a deep, rearward-increasing relief channel with a cut-out that provides excellent pressure relief to the sensitive perineal area without the drawbacks of a stiff shell. The saddle construction includes a Nylon Composite shell, TiNox rails, a microfiber cover, and Orthopaedic Comfort Foam with OrthoCell Pads. Available in Small/Medium (9-12cm sit bone width) weighing 270g, and Medium/Large (12-16cm sit bone width) weighing 280g.
