Full details

This uniquely designed impression mat features a continuous honeycomb pattern, perfect for embossing tiers and decorations. It can be used with various edible mediums like sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, florist paste, modelling chocolate, and marzipan. Additionally, it is suitable for non-edible craft and salt clays, though it's not recommended to use edible mediums after non-edible materials. Instructions for use: 1. Knead and roll out sugarpaste to an even thickness, dusting with icing sugar. For consistent thickness, use PME Rolling Pin Guide Rings. 2. Place the chosen design mat onto your sugarpaste. 3. Firmly press a smoother across the impression mat to emboss the design. Ensure all parts of the mat contact the paste. 4. Remove the mat to reveal the design. 5. Enhance the decorated paste by spraying with edible lustre. The impression mat can also be used with chocolate. Pour chocolate over the mat, let it set, and gently remove the mat to reveal the design. PME impression mats are available in various designs to suit your needs. The full mat measures approximately 12” x 6” and can be cut to size. The design measures approximately 10.5” x 5". Wash in warm soapy water for cleaning. The PME Honeycomb Impression mat is double-sided, allowing for both indented and raised designs.
