The Primaflow Toilet Cistern C Link (Medium) is an essential mechanical component designed for professional plumbers and DIY homeowners who need a reliable connection between the flush handle and the syphon. This part is engineered for consistent flushing performance and improved water efficiency, though users should verify the measurement of their existing cistern linkage to ensure the 'Medium' size is the correct fit for their specific toilet model.

Measure your current linkage length from end to end. The Medium variant is designed for standard residential cistern setups; if your current link is significantly longer or shorter, this may not be the correct part.
Generally, no. Most installations can be performed by hand or with simple adjustable pliers to assist with removing the old linkage.
Yes, it is designed for compatibility with Primaflow systems and many other standard cistern brands.
This component is typically designed for handle-actuated flushes; please verify if your specific syphon mechanism uses a linkage or a different type of cable-pull system.
Please check with your local retailer or the Primaflow documentation provided at the point of purchase for specific warranty coverage.
Ensure the C Link is securely attached to both the flush lever and the syphon eyelet without excess slack.
Check if the linkage length is appropriate for the cistern; if the link is too short or too long, the syphon may not lift sufficiently.
Verify that the connection points (eyelets) are not overly worn and that the C Link is fully seated in its track.
To install, first turn off the water supply and flush the toilet to empty the cistern. Remove the cistern lid and locate the existing link connecting the handle mechanism to the syphon. Carefully unhook or unscrew the old unit and replace it with the new Primaflow C Link, ensuring it is properly seated in the handle eyelet and the syphon hook. Once in place, manually test the lever to ensure no binding occurs before reattaching the lid. For maintenance, check the link during biannual cistern cleanings to ensure no debris has caused it to misalign.
