Troubleshooting

Radiator not heating up sufficiently

Check if the central heating system is on and functioning correctly. Ensure the radiator valves (if fitted) are fully open. Bleed the radiator to remove any trapped air. Verify that the radiator's BTU output is adequate for the room size.

Leaking from connections

Turn off the heating system and isolate the radiator. Carefully tighten the leaking connection. If the leak persists, it may require new sealant or replacement of the fitting. Contact a professional plumber if unsure.

Uneven heating across the radiator surface

This often indicates air trapped within the system. Bleed the radiator using a radiator key. If the problem persists, there might be a blockage or a balancing issue within the central heating system that requires professional attention.

Exterior damage or scratches

For minor scratches on the protective coating, touch-up paint specifically designed for radiators may be used, matching the Cleopatra beige finish. For significant damage, professional assessment is recommended.
